nice meeting you yesterday Obet... THanks also for bringing one of your RK PC4 modified 220volts to check if 110volts and 220volts PC4 can be detected together... Thanks also for configuring one of my PC4... God bless!

Hi Christian,

Does it work together without problems?

nice meeting you too sir christian..:D thanks for the lunch! hopefully in a few weeks makabalik na kami sa san pablo..

sir tony, we only tested it the relays would turn on.. we were not able to plug equipment to the sockets.. it should work though since the pc4s are connected by the DC bus by RJ12s.. my converted rk has been working flawlessly for quite some time now..

as per Obets observation, i think it will work also... galing galing yan si Obet... ECE pala yan ng UP so for sure, he knows what he is talking about... detected ng RKL both the PC4... kulang lang ay mag testing ng gamit mismo...

Nice! Thanks Christian for sharing this...

Obet, have you figured out whether this 220VAC mod can work with high amperage type loads?

sa tingin ko sir, it should even work with higher power loads.. since raising the voltage to 220V would decrease the current for the same power..

Hi Obet!

I'm also thinking of purchasing the RK Lite version since naka sale sa marinedepot.com. How easy is it to mod for 220V and hindi naman sakit sa ulo gamitin no? :)

its really easy but you need some electronics know how to do it.. once the mod is done, there is no difference except that you plug it directly to a 220V outlet..
