What to follow: refractometer or floating hydrometer?

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to know if anybody here has encountered the same problem? I have 2 floating hyrdrometers showing 1.022-1.023. But when tested with a refrac, calibrated with water from water filling stations. It shows around 1.026. Any inputs on what would be more accurate?
