skimmer and return pump

bossing i just want to ask kung anong klaseng skimmer pwede po dito at gano kalakas??
pati po anong klaseng return pump din po at gaano kalakas

eto yung set up ko...

2pcs 100gals sa taas tapos pond sump sa baba



i need po talaga your advice

can i know if those 2 tanks have same returnlines connected by a T? if yes i dont think your return line would work as planned.....

also is your supply line to tank also connected by a T or 2 different lines for those 2 tanks? 2 different lines means 2 pumps... if you use a single pump im sure your lower tank would get more flow and your upper tank would get lesser if not none at all.....

what you can do is you could use the overflow of your upper tank to supply your lower tank of running water and the overflow of your lower tank is the one that goes to your sump... that way you only supply the upper tank with the return water from the sump... minor setback here is you will have some bubbles in your lower tank because of the water splashing from your upper tanks overflow...

i think this is ok... you even put a bubble trap on your lower 100g tank... by concept i think this is ok...

isa pang concern paano pag brownout at bumalik na lahat ng water sa lines natin sa sump mo... hindi kaya mag overflow ang sump? mag allow ka sana ng konti pang height para if in case bigla mawala ang kuryente at yung mga water sa heights at dwell water sa lines mo hindi mag cause ng overflow sa sump... try mo lakihan last chamber mo na rin ng konti... ask pa natin yung iba na gurus dito hehe...

pero everything is good... i think maganda kalalabasan ng tank mo...

as long as yung supply line from sump to top tank mo is smaller than the overflows eh kahit naman same lang size nung sa overflow ng (top tank going to lower tank) and yung overflow ng (lower tank to sump) ay ok lang... taga san ka ba bro? pag gawa na yang project mo patingin kami ha hehe!
