American Or Euro Brands Here In Phils?

Am new to the forum. I'm from Canada working here in Manila. I've decided to start reefing here in the Phils and have ordered a custom cube that should be completed soon.
I've done some searching both online and in person. The thing is for equipment, say something like a return pump, I can't find any shops that carry anything but Chinese brands (like Jebao). I also can't find any decent lighting. I haven't found any local store that carries Kessil or Ecotech.
What do you guys use?
