PAR30 Led light - China

I've ordered some PAR30 bulbs from Hong Kong for my new reef tank. This would be the first time I'm using this type of light and I'm wondering how far from the tank I should position this. I'm making a little light rail with 3 x PAR30 bulb. The bulbs have 5 x 3W Led, 3 White and 2 Blue.
