Landlite 23watts PAR38 bulbs

Hi all,

I have with me 2 23 watt par38 efls, one daylight, the other blue. I got it from a friend after they used it for less than an hour as prop lights. I then bought a twin lampholder for them thinking I can hang the lights and use it for the 20 gallon reef pet project I am hoping to setup in my room. The room is going to be airconditioned almost the whole day due to our street being so busy and smoggy so we elected to seal the windows. Was thinking that at least with a reef inside the room I'm not the only one benefiting from the cold temp. I tried running the tank with HOB filter, wave maker, and without lights the temp is at 25ºC.

Would this setup work?

I plan to keep a pair of ocellaris clowns, gsp, xenia, toadstool and probably some zoas using this light.
