can i ship cheato to cebu?

im currently based in manila for the next couple of months..where can i purchase cheato here? can i ship it to cebu without any hassles?

Im from cebu also but im based here in Manila. Chaeto is the most efficient and one of the safest macros to house in your fuge and im pretty sure you can just get a clump and check it in. Its a fast grower and doesn't go sexual so it doesn't mess with the other inhabitants in your tank.
