No confirmation/activation email

My brother has been trying to register to be able to post on this site,
particularly also to try to trade for or buy Chaetomorpha from members
like tenpaull, but despite following signup instructions religiously, he has
yet to receive the confirm email.

He's tried twice (diff usernames) thinking it might be yahoo mail or
hotmail that's blocking the confirmation as junk, but to no avail.

Because he's in urgent need of Chaeto, I've let him use my account for
PM'ing, but there's just got to be a way for him to get his own account.
Who can he email for assistance?
