i'm sure that most of you will ask me what happen to it... well I sliced it half. It use to be fat since I was feeding it every other day. After seeing these photos, i've decided to spot feed it again coz it look more healthy with bulging fat fleshy part.

My Turbinaria Peltata

The size the the cup coral hasn't grown much since I've got it, but the number of polyps has quadropled. Before the small polyps are sparsely distributed around the cup and the color was more yellow.

My top Favorite: Blastomussa Wellsi

The growth of this coral is just phenomenal and it feeds like no tomorrow.





and free red blasto i rescued from the lfs... it's not fully recovered yet and i'm having trouble spot feeding coz my fishes steals it food. Let's wait if it will make it (finger's cross).

Tubastrea faulkneri / Tubastrea micracantha




The coral on the right is the same coral from my 5g desktop which Is already with me for morethan a year. It has spawned couple of times but I don't have a good Photo to show it. The coral spawning is not a moment to behold since I've seen it only once when it realeases the egg simultaneously. On other occasions you'll only see a couple of eggs drifting on the current.

The other sun, orangey and black heads is fairly a new addition. It's been in my tank for about 4 months.

I'm still looking for the white sun or the Golden Turret which is found in Anilao Batangas.

nothing fancy about this zoo but having him as one of the first polyp on my reefing career left me with a big room in my heart.

polyps are quite small yet this small colony stands out.
