Newbie here... I have been a lurker of this page for quite sometime and admittedly I have learned a lot already. Finally I have the courage to start this new hobby especially that most of my equipments have arrived. No problem about that. I suggest you install 1st the more important components. The light fixture, sump, cabinet, tubings so you can start the cycling process right away.
