Bro Gamol, I don't use any artificial lighting. 100% sunlight lang ang bumubuhay sa mga corals. Algae growth are controlled by sand sifting stars, urchins and turbo snails. I never miss my weekly water changes and daily and I also add 1-2 litres of fresh water to balance the salinity. Yes, that's how much evaporation the pod gets.

Bro sea turtle, I have no chiller installed yet. The constant wind blowing on our 4th floor veranda where the pod is located probably keeps the temperature to a reef-safe level. Even last summer's heat did not fluctuate the temperature. Salinity ang problem ko dito and the agony of carrying the 5 gallon saltwater jugs to the 4th floor to replenish the pod =)

Sea squirt. I'm planning to get more specimens since I learned that they have positive effects on the reef.
