SPS will feed on anything small enough to fit in the coral 's polyp. From bacteria, to fine food particles, to the spawn from your copepods and other micro fauna.
Feeding the whole tank with prepared foods starts a food chain. Larger particles are eaten by larger zooplanktons and their spawn becomes food for corals. Zooplankton's metabolites are also then boken down further by other zooplankton or infauna and the their waste is consumed by bacteria which also feed corals.
I guess the Bangus belly is a great substitute for HUFA or Selcon? Just be carefull with over feeding with that mash, it might cause a cyanobacteria outbreak, especially in young tanks.
There's a coral on Ebay right now that even eats fish.
