Feeding LPS

What do you guys feed your LPS. Some of them need to be target fed and I am just curious what you feed them.

Yes, I agree that the frozen is what is recommended, but locally (Manila), what's available is only the freeze dried form.
And as you have mentioned, it has been suggested to soak the freeze dried in a few drops of tank water first before putting it in the tank to minimize the floating...

mga sir merong recipe shrimps, nori seaweed, squid tsaka kung ano pa mang meron sa ref.. maganda daw sa corals e.. pero ang corals ba nangangailangan din ng protein?

meron yata sa cartimar, sa malapit na sa bike. sturgeon yata yun o katabi. i get mine sa Habitat, an LFS sa kalayaan ave. frozen in cubes sya, so derecho na sa 10ml na syringe
