as for the fail safe, pwede ka mag add ng another limit switch tat is in series that will turn off the pump once it reaches a certain level..

the reason why nababawasan yung royal blue is that the white is brighter than the blue.. so when you magnify the brightness by focusing it using the lens, mas magiging brighter yung white.. so nawawala yung pagkablue... nagiging yellow.. the solution to this is to lower the brightness of the white or add more blues..

for me yung lens kasi is to focus the lights kasi sayang yung light na lumalabas ng tank.. and para less leds ang gagamitin..

maliwanag kasi yung lens concentrates the light emmited by the LED.. usually power LEDs have an output of 120 deg.. yung lens concentrates the light to 60, 45 or 30 deg, or smaller dependent sa angle ng lens.. same lang yung output ng led, less pa nga kasi 97% efficient lang yung mga lens.. pero naka concentrate sa smaller area kaya nagiging mas malakas..

Yup, mas concentrated sya sa small area making it like a spot light effect reason why ayaw ko muna lagyan natatalo yung blue wala na rin ako space mag-dagdag pa ng royal blue. The SPS seems to be doing ok na rin so saka ko na lang siguro i-upgrade.

Mura lang naman yung mga lens or collimator lens mga around 50/pc sa Raon.

bro rocky to answer your question, d pwede basta bastang glue pandikit ng LEDs.. kailangan thermally conductive pero electrically insulated siya.. kasi umiinit yung LEDs, kailangan mo alisin yung init na yun kaya may heatsink.. plus yung mighty bond, once nainitan, nawawala yung dikit..

Thanks Bro Rocky, kung gusto mo talaga idikit para di ka na mag-butas, there are thermal paste out there that can do the job. One is the Arctic Silver na adhesive.. meron din nabibili locally kaya lang di ko pa na-try... i'll order some this month at sabihin ko sayo kung OK...
