LR from cartimar are cured, right? How do i choose good LR and san sa cartimar okay LR? How long do i need to cycle a new system? should my lights be on or off? is there a need for regular water changes when cycling?

Ill try your techniqe w/ NSW. That is raise water temp to 40 deg before transferring to kill ich. Effective to right? thank you

get LR from Mang Jun. he's the old guy there. just ask around the area. cycle for about 6 weeks. you may turn on the lights and skimmer. check chonglai's post on starting a reef tank.

sakin ok naman yung 40*. but i do that in my plastic drum. you dont have to do this when cycling. after six weeks, ich has starved to death because there is no host to feed on.

suggestion po sa pagpili ng LR, wag yung mabibigat masyado, wag yung makinis, mas madaming butas mas ok, mas madaming kulay mas ok din. ikaw po ang dapat pumili sa tindahan ni MJ. check mabuti kung walang nakakapit na aiptasia.

i got the LR na, dami colors, dami din feather duster and may mga corals pa the problem is that no mater how i tried to avoid aiptasia i still got them on my LR. hindi sila halata, tapos nung nakalagay na sa tubig after a day nagbukahan sila nakakainis pano kaya gagawin ko? tulong po medyo marami yung maliliit, kasing laki ng ulo ng pardible. pano ko papatayin tong mga ito?

when cycling ba yung top-off fresh water lang? dapat ba mag kalk na din ako? ito nga pala parameters ko

Check levels muna po before adding anything. Kung mababa pwedeng mag add, in my experience po hindi naman kailangan lalo na kung natural sea water gamit.
