ok lang ba gumamit ng carbon sa filtration kasi ang pagkakaalam ko nakakatanggal daw ng minerals?

3 days before I change water I place a bag of activated carbon in my overhead filter. I change the carbon once a month and rinse the foam in tap water when I perform the water change. Carbon helps remove any yellowing of the water which inhibits light penetration. You can put the carbon any place where water can be forced through the media.
