red devil cone( rdc 850) skimmer- bumigay ang pump?

few days ago I noticed a reduction in bubbling, cleaned it again.
works excellent for about 3 or 4 days but now- kaput.
pump is very weak, cant even suck air.
tried on and off, clean it again, still the same.
anybody experience this?
too bad warranty is only one year!
now I'm looking for this pump. red devil sp3 13watts
or is there any other kind of pump that works with rdc 850 skimmer?
